Hasan’s legal journey spans a decade, marked by a commitment to providing pragmatic and results-driven advice. As a graduate of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Program and the CPA Canada In-Depth Tax Course, Hasan brings a multi-faceted approach to all his clients. His unique ability to weigh multiple legal avenues and discern the best path forward has solidified his reputation as a trusted advisor. Hasan's expertise encompasses business structures, mergers and acquisitions, tax-efficient re-organizations, regulatory compliance, and secured financing transactions. Prior to joining The Cedar Consulting Group, Hasan was a partner in the Corporate and Commercial Law Group at one of Toronto’s Bay Street firms. Until 2017, he has worked at one of Atlantic Canada’s largest regional firm where he gained in-depth knowledge on corporate and tax law. Over his career, he has worked as lead counsel to hundreds of transactions. Hasan enjoys reading and watching foreign movies, with an aim to immerse himself in the histories and cultures of other countries.
