Hasan Naqvi

Hasan Naqvi is a co-founder and the Legal Principal of Cedar Group, practising through Hasan Naqvi Law Professional Corporation. He holds a law degree from the University of New Brunswick and was called to the Ontario bar in 2012.

Before Cedar Group, Hasan practised corporate and commercial law at Blaney McMurtry LLP, a Bay Street firm in Toronto, where he became a partner in the Corporate & Commercial group. He works alongside the tax team so that every legal document reflects the strategy behind it.

His practice covers business structuring, mergers and acquisitions, tax-efficient reorganizations, shareholders agreements, secured financing, and regulatory compliance.
