Holding a Master of Taxation degree from the University of Waterloo, Sunny has amassed over a decade of experience, navigating both national accounting landscapes and the intricacies of medium-sized local firms. His advisory prowess spans from owner-managed businesses to expansive private companies both in Canada and internationally. Sunny’s strategic insights into corporate reorganization, international tax planning, and wealth preservation have been instrumental in structuring complex business transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and business expansions. Beyond his professional acumen, Sunny is an active contributor to the tax community, with publications and presentations under esteemed platforms like CPA Canada, CPA Ontario, Canadian Tax Foundation, Tax Specialists Group, and Lawyer’s Daily. Sunny has two young children and enjoys family time. He loves to travel and enjoys catching up with friends and enjoys coffee making.
