Vabby Makkar

Vabby Makkar is a co-founder and the Valuation Principal of Cedar Group, practising through VMak Valuation Inc. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto and three designations spanning Canadian and U.S. standards: CPA, Chartered Business Valuator (CBV), and Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV).

His work covers business valuations, purchase price allocations, goodwill impairment testing, shareholder disputes, and estate and gift valuations. He is a specialist in healthcare practice roll-ups — advising dentists, optometrists, veterinarians, and clinic owners on acquisitions and exits.
